Yes! But only the outer bamboo cover is machine washable - NOT the inner pillow cover or memory foam . We recommend washing with cold water on a gentle cycle.
will the pillow flatten over time?
Maybe . Our cross-cut memory foam and microfiber blend is designed to hold its shape while offering long-term comfort and durability, but if it does, you can fluff the pillow to get the shape back or add more fill
